Christmas is approaching quickly –and for the first time, I think EVER – I am actually ready and won’t be stressed. All my shopping is done, we have a tree, and my biggest problem is keeping the presents a secret. I’m terrible about wanting to spill the beans…maybe that’s why I’ve never done my shopping so early before!

Max doesn’t really know about Christmas, but I think he’s going to like all the paper and colors. I’ve updated some pictures of Max. He’s growing so fast. His 6 month doctor appointment had him at 30 inches long and 23 pounds. He’s crawling, pulling up, and cruising, and has 2 teeth. He’s not got much hair yet, but he’s finally got at least enough to lather up good when he takes a bath!

Kelly sent us an update on Charlie! He’s doing so well in Rhode Island with her. He has learned a lot. He has a new blanket, he’s learned how to go into his stall nicely, how to lead nicely (mostly just for Kelly ;) ), and is being spoiled rotten! I have some pictures of him that she sent me. Go to Charlie’s page. We are looking forward to seeing some pictures of Charlie and Kelly in their new Santa hats too! Merry Christmas Charlie!

The guys around here are doing pretty well. Whisper had a strange bout of lameness – never figured out what was wrong with her, but she’s feeling well enough today that she’s galloping around being aggravated about not being able to see her buddies. I think she’ll live…;) I’m planning to take Little Bit and Al to some shows (halter classes) next season. I think people will really love them both. They are going into training soon! I hope to start some training with Delta too. I’d like to train her to drive. I got one really beautiful picture of her. Check it out.

Merry Christmas everybody!
