After a very busy foaling and breeding season, I am finally able to take time to write a new newsletter. Wow, it's good to be back!

We were able to imprint 2 of the foals very well, 1 was imprinted, but not as soon as I would like, and little Delta was a complete surprise, and wasn't imprinted at all. We have been working with her a lot to help make up for it. She is a very quick learner, but still isn't real sure that she wants to voluntarily spend time with people. All the others are little pocket pets. Especially Charlie. While Little Bit is the show-off of the group, Charlie has taken over as the big attention hog. Al is still the laid-back little guy he was when he was born, and Delta is quiet, reserved, and growing fast. She's a momma's girl, but she's fascinating to me. She's going to be pretty incredible. . . big, black, and even looks like she will have feathering.

Delta has to be the strongest foal I've ever been around; she'll be very athletic. Al has a power-house style of running. He's absolutely perfectly built and straight as an arrow. He's going to be great at whatever he does. Charlie is absolutely stunning. I would mistake this guy for a full-Friesian. His head-carriage is very characteristic, and his gaits are going to make him an impressive dressage mount. He floats effortlessly, and carries himself very proudly. And Little Bit is going to be a perfect show horse for somebody. She is going to be a striking gray with attitude. She has the most fun personality, and loves to make people look. What a character!

So, browse around - pick the one that suits your needs, and take home your new Friesian Sport Horse partner. We couldn't be more pleased with every one of them. These Friesian Warmbloods are ready to become part of your family. They will steal your heart!

On another note, we are finally ready to pronounce ourselves finished building (for the most part). Bob's parents helped out and did all the stonework for us. It turned out better than we ever could have hoped for! We constantly get compliments on it! It is exactly what we wanted. If you need a wonderful job done on some stonework, and you're in the area, they are available for hire!

I have some new pictures out there on the foals webpages, so please check them out!

We are also anxiously awaiting a new hay feeding product called the Hay Tunnel, TM. I highly expect it to be a huge advance in the way horses all over the U.S. are fed. Imagine cutting your feeding time, cutting costs, and providing clean, nutritious, free choice hay to your prize horses. Research shows that providing access to clean hay at all times is the most healthy way for horses to live. But often it's a luxury horse-owners aren't able to provide. Check back for details soon! We look to have more information available by the end of September. . . just in time for this winter! Go ahead and start talking to the round bale distributers you have overlooked as suppliers for horse-hay in the past! Find out how much you can save by using round instead of square, and we will help you make it a reality.
